1 – Valid for 2 years from the date of original purchase.
2 – Frames covered by the policy. Not the lenses.
3 – Maximum claim 1 per 12 months. You cannot make 2 claims in a single period of 12 months from the date of original purchase.
4 – Valid on full priced products only. Not available on sale frames, or any purchases made with a special discount approved by Spectacle Warehouse Management.
5 – If the frame is broken, the first choice is to repair it. If it cannot be repaired the exact same frame will be provided. If the exact frame is not available, another colour of that model will be provided. If no other colours are available, you can choose a new frame from instore at the same price point as the original. You will need to purchase new lenses at the cost of a reglaze, as original lenses will not fit the new frame.
