Cancellation Period:

Please notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 24 hours before your scheduled eye test appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another individual in need of our services.

Late Cancellations/No-shows:

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or clients who fail to attend their scheduled eye test without prior notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is $77.65 and will be charged to your record file or requested before booking a new appointment.


We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs without imposing a cancellation fee.


If you need to reschedule your eye test appointment, we will make every effort to find an alternative time that suits you without incurring additional charges. The new appointment time needs to be made within the next 2 weeks of the original appointment. However, repeated rescheduling may be subject to the cancellation policy.
